Trade - Industrial Holding "Office - Premier" is an unique structure in russian reality. The rise of this structure became possible as a result of special ideology of the company and professional approach to russian clerical industry.
For seven years of the existence "Office - Premier" has made a very successful career starting from a little clerical company to the powerful Holding, which has an influence on the development of the whole russian clerical market.
The history of gaining the leadership of "Office - Premier" on the russian clerical market started in 1994. Just one year later the company squeezed up the biggest russian suppliers of office goods.
The turnover of "Office - Premier" has increased in 10 times during 12 months.
In 1995 the marketing department has started the unprecedented project - creature of its own trademarks: "Erich Krause" and "Tip Top". Big range of office goods by "Erich Krause" appeared in native shops in the same, 1995, year. One-year later school production by "Tip Top" also became accessible for its category of customers.
The whole production of these trademarks was adapted to specifies of native market. Design of the packaging has been restyled with due regard for needs of russian consumers.
The 1997 was a significant year for "Office - Premier" because of the diversification of company's activity. There were created several subdivisions of the company at that period: "Premier Toy" (wholesale trade of goods for children) and "Premier Center" - the commercial net of retail clerical shops.
The own industrial concern of "Office - Premier" - "Poligraphica" - started to functionate in 1997. Till nowadays the factory "Poligraphica" is the first and the only one manufacturer in Russia, which produces the paper - fair production of high - quality supported by major marketing research efforts. The range of its products includes different collections of exercise - books, note - books, blocks for notes, folder - files and 100 more positions of goods.
Today "Poligraphica" has a worthy status among four others biggest russian manufacturers of paper - fair production.
At the same time "Office - Premier" has taken the lead in creation of "Association of Suppliers of Office goods" - the first professional clerical association in the history of Russia. This Association was organized in order to defend interests of representatives of russian clerical market.
Mr. Dmitriy Beloglazov - the head of the Holding "Office - Premier" - was the first President of the Association.
In 1999 there was created one more concern - "Premier Plast", which has made the geography of industrial activity of Holding wider. This factory is located in small russian town. For a very short time "Premier Plast" has applied new methods of producing of different plastic goods: trays, blocks, buckets for papers, plastic parts for toys and etc.
Before the beginning of the new century, in 1999, the process of reorganization of several companies of "Office - Premier" in the indivisible Trade - Industrial Holding was finished.
